"Arrived clean and well packed"

The site looks clean enough and it’s definitely not bad, but I don’t know, nothing really jumped out at me. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but some parts felt kind of basic and could probably use a little more polish

I thought the colors were close to the photos. To me, they looked almost the same in person, so I was happy with that.

"Fit smaller than my usual size"
I ordered the same size I normally wear in most brands, but this fit way smaller than I expected. It reminded me of a jacket my sister bought once that looked cute online but ran super tiny in person. The size chart didn’t really help much, so I ended up having to return it, which was annoying.

I’m so used to orders taking forever or needing some kind of follow-up that I wasn’t expecting much, but this showed up way faster than I thought it would. Nice to not have to chase anything down for once

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I had to wait a few days before support finally replied, which was frustrating because I wasn’t asking anything super complicated. By the time they got back to me, I had already spent a bunch of time trying to figure it out on my own, so the reply didn’t really help much. It wasn’t rude or anything, just kind of slow and not very useful, honestly.

"Good value for what I paid"
I ordered from purereigncl.com when I was in a cautious mood because the price seemed better than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure how it would turn out, but everything ended up being fine.

The product feels good for the money. It’s not super fancy or anything, but it does what I need it to do, and shipping was okay with no real issues.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it overall. I’d probably order again if I needed something similar

"Using the site was a bit frustrating"
I don’t know, the site just felt kind of annoying to use. Some pages took forever to load, and then I’d finally get there and the menus were confusing, like I wasn’t totally sure where I was supposed to click next. Maybe I’m just impatient, but it made the whole thing feel more difficult than it needed to be.

"Tracking was easy enough, just paused for a bit"
I ordered from Pure Reign and the tracking was simple to use. They sent the link to my email, and I could see updates whenever the package actually moved.

The only thing was that it stayed on the same status for about 2 days, which made me wonder if it was stuck somewhere, though, to be fair, it might’ve just not been scanned yet.

It still arrived within the timeframe they gave me, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably give it 4 stars since the tracking worked well overall, just not totally perfect.

"Of course the whole refund situation..."
Of course the whole refund situation happened at the worst possible time, which was annoying, but the actual process was painless. I messaged support, they got back to me quicker than I expected, and the money showed up without me having to chase them around. Bad timing on my end, but they handled it fine

"Pretty good fit overall"
I ordered my usual size, and to me it fit pretty much how I hoped it would. The sleeves were just a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t enough to bother me. It’s comfortable, looks nice on, and feels like a solid buy overall. I’d give it 4 stars

"Return worked out, but I figured it’d be quicker"
I had to return my order, and it did get sorted in the end. I guess I just assumed the return process would move a bit faster, especially since most places seem to follow that quick-update pattern now. Support did respond, but it took a little longer than I was expecting. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just felt like it could’ve been a bit smoother.
